Jerry Solove is president and owner of JSDI, a veteran apartment, student housing and shopping center developer. A Columbus native, Jerry began his career in the commercial real estate business of his late father, Richard Solove. He has been developing, acquiring and managing commercial real estate assets for almost forty years, spanning approximately 5 million square feet.
